As a strength based therapist, my approach is compassionate and interactive, tailoring and personalizing therapy to you.  I will work with you to identify your inner strengths while we process the current issues. During our sessions we can identify the root cause of struggles, build on current strengths, and find effective coping skills.  

Under my guidance, I can work with you to figure out what you need and want to work on, and help identify and make changes in your life so that you can become the best version of yourself. I don't believe "one size fits all", and I use an assortment of therapeutic techniques based on your specific needs.
