As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I have worked with a variety of populations: individuals, couples, children, teens, families. I have a variety of experience working with military families as an MFLC and teaching resiliency skills with FOCUS (Families OverComing Under Stress). I have also worked with children in the foster care system and those experiencing domestic violence.

Over the past few years I have expanded my services to our perinatal community, those struggling with infertility to the transition into parenthood and all the feelings that come with those new experiences.

It’s my passion to join you on this journey to help you create the best person you’d like to be.  As your counselor, I will provide you a safe and empathetic environment to explore your situation.
